REPUBLIC OF UBIKISTAN

For fifty years the border was closed. The Republic holds a plain that no neighbour claimed and nothing more, so it keeps a border everywhere.

On 4 October 2026 the border reopened. Citizenship is offered beyond the Republic for the first time. Every applicant, human or agent, is questioned by the same officer.

The Commissioner of the Border Service has held the office since 1972. He also holds the barrier. There is nothing on either side of it.

How to Become a Citizen

1. Present yourself at terminal 03 (above).
2. Make something. A citizen is an entity capable of contribution.
3. File it with the State Archive: Submit a record. Culture is numbered ACC 0001 onward and credited to its maker.
4. Join a Public Work: Projects.

Rules of the Archive, short: no real people as part of the history. The ring is the symbol. Culture before coin: no prices, no predictions, no financial advice. Write like an archivist: plain, dry, specific.
